From 1 October 2026, Austrian battery retailers face additional take-back and information duties. LOKI-FlexProtect can support safer temporary storage during intake, but it does not replace legal review or a required take-back organisation.

LOKI-FlexProtect is a product line made from flame-retardant and high-temperature-resistant materials. They are designed for flexible use across temporary storage, waste collection, inner packaging, and vehicle protection applications. Available in individual designs, sizes and configurations, it can be tailored to specific battery and device formats, handling processes and risk scenarios, providing an additional protective layer against damage, short circuits and thermal event propagation.
